The ABG (Auto Bore Gauging) machine is a high-precision automated system used for accurate measurement of the inner diameter (bore) of bearing rings. It operates on a two-point measuring principle, ensuring stable and repeatable readings even in high-speed production environments. The machine is integrated with advanced gauging technology from **Marposs (Italy)**, known globally for precision measurement solutions, which enhances reliability and measurement accuracy.

The system is designed to provide consistent dimensional control by automatically measuring each component and minimizing human intervention. This helps in maintaining tight tolerances and improving overall product quality. Due to its automated operation, it is highly suitable for batch as well as mass production, where continuous monitoring of bore dimensions is critical for ensuring proper fit and performance of the final bearing assembly.
